Well, consider that Sun uses them as base CPU in their Sun3-line, they
also use it on the ISP-80 IPI controllers (VME), if my memory is
correct. *cough*

Also, check the component-side on DEC RZ26L SCSI-drives (Quantum
DPS-series).
You'll find a small MC68EC020 there. :-)
