Definately an SM61 (60MHz internal CPU clock, 1MB e-cache).  Here's how
you stack up against your SS4:

Roughly 25% better for integer work and 65% better for FP.  It will be a
nice upgrade.

Both the SS4 and SS20 use the same serial port controller (zs-based ASIC).
They can run at 38400 well and will work at 76800 but are a bit touchy
(and few devices support that speed).  You will not be able to go to
115200 without an add-on serial port card.
