[SunRescue] administrivia: member removal

This is really weird, guys...I have also dealt with Kimball and had a
rather pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I guess I'll email him privately and find out what's up...bummer...

I've removed brian at tash.net / ko at tash.net, as it looks like he/they
stiffed / attempted to stiff more than one Rescue-List member in
private hardware dealings.
