[SunRescue] Help! I'm drowining . . .

I'm drowning in SunRescue messages. They've choked my mailbox so I'm not
getting other mail.
First I want to unsubscribe. --Please someone tell me how.
Then I want to resubscribe using one of the free mailbox sites, possibly
taking the daily digest version.
