The SS10 takes 16MB or 64Mb 200-pin Sun DIMMs, 70ns or faster, singly
(pairs are not required). This same type of DIMM is also used in the SS20
and Ultra 1/2/30/60/80/150/250/410/450 (but not the Ultra 5/10 or the
Exx00 line).

If the DIMMs are 16MB or 64MB they should work fine. 32MB have been
reported to work with recent PROM revisions (though I would exercise
caution) and 128Mb and above will not work.

All of the other systems (SS20 and Ultras) require 60ns DIMMs. These will
work fine in a SS10, but SS10 DIMMs will not work in the other systems.
Also note that some 3rd-party SS20 DIMMs will not work in Ultras if they
use a non-Sun style refresh.
