I don't think this'll work, although I appreciate the response.

I have OSX installed fine, 10.6.3 runs on the iMac like a dream.

FCP won't install because it can't identify the graphics hardware. I 
suspect that any virtual software is going to present as a generic 
graphics card which won't help because FCP requires some minimum hardware 
level which the generic card is almost guaranteed not to match.

That being said, at this point it's worth a bloody try.

Where's my VMWare Fusion disc....? :)
