[geeks] Regererating a Mailbox

Hi Geeks.

I need to recreate a UNIX mailbox for a server where the backup failed 
and then the hard drive went.  The user has a cached IMAP copy of the 
mailbox in their mail client (Seamonkey).  What's the best way of 
getting these mails back onto the server?  Export the emails and then 
import them when I have the server back up or something?
