Same here. I love pkgsrc, but I think it really needs to be "THE" package
system for an OS before its a true benefit.

Using it as an add on or in parallel sucks badly, though perhaps not any worse
than others.

Also, I did notice that some morons put GUI code dependencies in some system
utilities that don't really need it. There are ways to handle that, but people
take the lazy way out.

Just what I need.. a 150K utility requiring 25MB of other crap.

Its a good thing large drives are cheap... :)
