Sounds like something pine 'roles' could handle:

And while I haven't tried it, I seem to recall that in Apple's Mail.app if
you change the preferences for an account add multiple email addresses as a
comma delimited list, each address will be a selectable option when
composing mail (without some additional scripting of some sort though you'd
have to be mindful of selecting the right from address I think).
