There are plenty of grep impementations for DOS/Windows. My favorite is the
Interix one for SFU, but many people prefer the Cygwin version.

While you are at it, you might as well install PERL and do it in a more
resonable languge.

Also Windows accepts scripts written in the OS/2 CMD language, that might
be more helpful (or not)
