There are several website dedicated to listing these kinds of phone 
numbers. Users can put in comments for each number. Unfortunately old 
age renders the name of even one site nonexistent, and I'm not getting 
the right Google Keywords.

Perhaps if you still have your list, you can google a random number and 
see if they a complete down-loadable list of some sort.
