Folks @ LOPSA (League of Professional Systems Administrators)
recommended <http://prgmr.com/>.  Small company, but more flexibility
than the "big guys".  I believe there is an additional discount for
LOPSA members (probably the assumption that a LOPSA member will be
more clueful and need less support?).
