Really.  Have you tried?

Mini:Desktop nate$ unzip DCMIB55R.exe
Archive:  DCMIB55R.exe
   inflating: readme_mibs.txt

And I'll leave it as an exercise for our readers to discover all the  
third party tools that can also do it.
