I think currently just short of 10GB but will only get bigger, daily,
constantly changing MySQL database and mission critical pretty much sum
it up.

I was backing up nightly to a set of 5 tapes on each weekday until it
went to the dogs. Backups are taken off site by myself or another
elected member of staff so the solution has to be practically portable. 

I'm not sure I trust 'the cloud' with our data. Any leak would hurt like
hell.
