a) Whilst Ammonium ferric citrate undoubtedly has iron somewhere in
   it's ancestry, I personally doubt it qualifies as 'iron' given the
   number of other ingredients.

b) At a content level of 0.002%, it's tending towards the homoeopathic
   meaning of 'fortified'.
