The us distributor will send you 12 bottles (case) for about $16, and  
about $8 s/h, or two bucks a bottle, larger qtys are cheaper.

Google turned up a home page, that home page had a "buy a case"  
option, and that's where the numbers came from.

I couldn't locate a retailer within 100 miles of either Trenton, NJ  
(me)or Kingston, NY(you, sort-of)...

Honestly, having it shipped seems pretty reasonable, if you "really  
want it".
