I never used one, but spent a lot of time with someone who made
their living programming them for a long time. They had BASIC
at the lowest level? Not exactly sure what that means - something
like AS/400's, where the user isn't really supposed to know
what happens below it, or something like a p-code machine? Or
the BASIC version of a Lisp Machine? Hard to find info on them.
