I stripped down and reassembled my Laserjet 4M Plus about five times
today.  There was a fair accumulation of dust inside, but the paper
sensors looked OK.  Cleaned everything in sight, every roller I could
get at, every paper sensor.  Finally got it to print from the manual
feed, then from the paper tray.  Moved it back to the printer table ...
and it went back to phantom paper-jam, phantom paper-jam, phantom
paper-jam, phantom paper-jam.


Anyone have any further suggestions?
