Doubtful - Intel is very good at keeping server features off desktop  
mainboards.

Also, this CPU is dual core (not HT) and has 1 Meg cache.

The board has 5.1 sound and SVIDEO out, as well as Gig Ethernet as  
Joshua pointed out.
