I have this exact same problem. I've got almost 100 RSS feeds now all 
running via Thunderbird, and I make extensive use of Google Alerts. 
Despite that I'm still checking several pages a day worth of info that 
makes tabbed browsing a necessity. I've not had a chance to look it up, 
but is there a FF plug in that saves those links for future perusal?
