As I understand it, the staggered spinup pin is usually used by SATA
backplanes, not by ordinary PSU cables. Chek pin 11 on the cables. If it
is grounded, you got a problem. Though, you could always hack the
connector... (A small strip of isolating tape on pin 11 or the like.)
