There is xoom.com, if you are talking about international money 
transfers.  Not the cheapest option.

What kind of payment is needed?  If the amount is large, pay $4 for the 
card and put the large amount onto a pre-loaded AMEX or VISA card.  
Relatively anonymous that way as well.
