[geeks] cisco ata-186 question

About three years ago I purchased a CISCO ATA-186 VoIP adapter
from a Vonage remarketer. Since I have canceled their service,
they asked Vonage to unlock it.

It has now been unlocked by a profile update with the password set
to null, but I can not access it. If I do a factreset via a phone,
it asks me for a password. If I go to the http//<ip>/dev page
I get a blank screen.

Anyone familar with these boxes? Do you have any ideas?
