That's part of the problem. The first 12 weeks are the easiest because
you can't very much and it starts out as liquids. After that, if
you eat your fill (which would be small at first) of very high calorie food
with lots of animal or trans fats, you could gain it back.

My sister had it five years ago, lost over 200 pounds and has kept
it off. She was in a group for counseling, etc and she was the only
one who kept it off.
