Ok, I've been slamming my head against the wall for several months. I
have a copy of a seriously old version of lisp called Medley Lisp.
This is the DOS version which was abandoned a very long time ago by
the current owners of the IP.

It uses VESA modes 102 & 104 for do anything beyond tiny VGA screens.
I have parallels and have, er, tried the other option. Neither seems
to work. Anyone got a good idea?

Thanks,

William
