Probably, but Too Noo Skool for me. It'll always be AT&T in my mind.

And though it's not waxed, I do use a binder lacing in a lot of my low
voltage wiring runs in my house (telco, ethernet, TV signal,
surveillance video, etc.). I also use a messenger wire in my binder
lacing when spanning joists to support the bundle. I use binder lacing
because I've found that zip-ties have a very limited life span, they get
brittle, esp. if exposed to UV or ozone.
