You bet. Every app these days ( think so-called "Enterprise"   
software & stuff for vertical markets (POS, inventory, etc) have a  
JRE embedded & need a patch. Hell, for WebSphere alone we have 100+  
AIX & HP-UX boxes to patch. Once for the OS, once for WebSphere... etc.
