[geeks] Comparing Volumes / Directories in OS X

I've been trying to migrate from one external RAID array to another,
there is about 1TB's worth of doc's, pdfs & images.
Unfortunately there was some issues with locked files & stuff since
then people have started working on the new volume so I can't recopy the
data from the old unit to the new one, I was hoping to do a comparison
between the 2 & see what was missing.
I downloaded a copy of Compare Folders but unfortunately it doesn't run
over ARD & mounting both volumes on another machine & running the tool
localy makes it bomb out after 15 mins of running.
Anyone know of any other way of doing a comparison on the contents of
the volumes so that I can be certain everything is there??
