PC memory is even cheaper ...

Look up 5200607 at frys.com -- DDR2 4GB PC6400 DUAL PATRIOT. $90 for
2 2GB DDR2 DIMMS. So I bought two sets, and now I have 8 GB of memory
for $180 plus tax.

total used free shared buffers cached
   Mem: 8201460 8122184 79276 0 30976 6984736
   -/+ buffers/cache: 1106472 7094988
   Swap: 2971944 212 2971732

frickin' crazy! Still, since ECC only requires 12% more chips or so,
I wish they could offer ECC versions for 12% more ...
