Never saw that in ten years of NYC motorcycling. I *have* seen
delivery trucks intentionally crowd the lane to prevent motos from
filtering around or getting in front of them. Remarkably rare behavior
(good thing). The worst blockers were luxury sedans entering the West
Side highway off the GWB from New Jersey.
