I am sitting here looking at the Form 4868 for extending the time 
allowed to file a tax return, and see that the IRS has you send the 
form to different places depending on which state.

And that the list bundles Kentucky and Pennsylvania together as the 
only two states for a particular processing center.

Somehow that makes me sad.
