Should be the same as resetting any other Cisco device, reboot and as its
posting / decompressing the image, send a break and it should take you to
rom mon mode (firmware mode), change the config register to the 
appropriate value (can be found on google), reboot and it will load with 
out loading the saved config, change your password as you normally would 
from privilege exec, then copy start run and it should copy the old config 
into running mode with the new password in effect...

Change the config register back to its original value, and you should be
good to go! (don't forget to change the config reg back, or next time you
reboot it you'll be wondering why its lost its config).
