[geeks] Oldest OS Still Developed

If the fact that some of the TOPS-10 and TOPS-20 developers are still  
fiddling with those OSes (but not commercially, of course), they  
might be candidates.

TOPS-10 was always distributed in source form, and Mark Crispin has  
been distributing the source for his Panda distribution.  Both of  
these run on many modern platforms under the KLH10 emulator.
