Hmm... I run OS X on the iMac that I let the kids use, so I don't have
any experience to leverage.

   Could you check any of the web site for Mac lab managers? I know
sites like macosxlabs.org are primarily about OS X, but maybe there's
links you can follow or docs to read. The macenterprise.org email
forum/lists II was on were quite good, too, and always welcoming to
people with questions.
