Same place they are when I'm looking.

Honestly, just the case in a PE 2400 is worth $25.  They are fairly
decent.  Dual power supplies, SCA SCSI backplane, etc.

If I cannot get a PC server, then I'll drop to plan B or C, which I
haven't written out yet... :)
