   FWIW, I have gotten more than my money's worth out of three different
AppleCare contracts.

   I'm shopping for a "retail" PC for the Mrs. now and I plan to buy
some coverage just to save some skull sweat the day one (or more!) of
the barely-sufficient components eats it. :7)
