I can confirm. We had fairly big alterations on my parents house a few
years ago, some walls were broken down and since it's a very old house
(1776) most walls don't have cement but lime (that's the right word
right?). It spreaded a lot of very fine dust, of which 2 vacuum
cleaners died...

Let alone that this stuff starts creeping into computers.
