I just replaced the bulb in my Samsung DLP a few weeks ago, it was
trivial. Remove one screw to take off a plastic panel to access the
bulb housing, losen two screws, remove housing, install new housing,
tighten two screws, replace panel, replace outside screw, and done.
Takes less than five minutes.

I got my replacement bulb on ebay from someone local, i think it was
$180, and he delivered it to my door since he was in the neighborhood.
(THAT's how you get positive feedback.)
