I've got an Icom PCR-1000 for sale (need to pay for a brake job and battery 
for my truck).  It's a computer-controlled wideband (100kHz - 1.3Ghz) radio 
receiver.

Bought it in September from Universal Radio.  Has been used for less than 12 
hours total.  I've still got the original box, packing etc.  

I paid $499 + shipping.  Based on eBay sales, 'd like to get $375 (UPS Ground
