I have frequently drooled over wiring available at many home supply
centers.  It has 2 RG6, 2 CAT5, and two pieces of fibre wrapped
in a single tough sheath and is under $1 a foot.  I don't know what
you'll do with it, but you will have fiber to each room.  It's
probably a lot easier to run a single thick cable with a tough
sheath than it is to deal with separate cables.  Just a thought...
