Thanks for the info.  Took me 5 days but I got one also.
Now just waiting for the cable from eBay.  BTW, not a 
bad soldering job for a "first timer" (I looked at your
pics).  I also thinks it's amusing how they "hide" the
port under the sticker.  Nice warning on the sticker
too.  When I bought mine, the clerk was VERY adamant
that I return the camera for "processing".  Hmmmm....
