If you're on any corporate network that allows you to do all of the above 
w/o proper logging & ACL's, you have larger problems.  

Not to speak for other CSO/ISO's in the industry, but I think the general 
consensus is that the wild wild west days of the corporate network are 
long over.

And who do we have to thank primarily for it - Microsoft!  *cough* viruses 
*cough* trojans *cough* spyware *cough* worms *cough*

Ok, I'm done poking fun.
