It would take an amazing series of events for this to happen.  

Like, Ahnold catching OBL single handed at a taco stand in LA, except
the taco stand has a built-in suitcase nuke.

Then he throws OBL off the top of a tall building and shoots him in
mid-air with a rocket launcher, scoring a direct hit and preventing
OBL from landing on and crushing large wicker basket containing a
large number of extremely cute puppies, bunnies, and kittens.

Even then, his stance on abortion means the Bible Belt and religious
conservatives in general would not turn out for him.
