Not for what you get, and the customer service you get with it. They
shipped this system Friday afternoon, and FedEx tried to deliver it
yesterday.

If I have any problem *AT ALL* with this system, they'll pretty much
fedex overnight me advance replacement parts. They stand behind
everything they sell, and have some of the best (if not THE best)
customer service I've seen. When I call them up, I usually talk to
John Butler, the president of the company.

(and no, I'm not just saying this because they provide beefy servers
for SunHELP... I buy things from them for work, too, with company
 money.)

No, their prices aren't really "hobbyist" level - but they have good
deals on their "ugly duckling" (scratch/n/dent) specials, and they
support what they sell.

Also, watch out for their eBay sales - a friend of mine scored a
*loaded* E4K from them for just over $1K a couple months back.
