Friend just picked up an Ultra 5/333 (2 MB cache), no HD, and 1024 MB RAM for $125 (+ S/H from Austin Goodwill) - for an Ultra 5, that's not such a great price, but an estimated $37.50 for a 256 Meg DIMM for an Ultra 5/10, that's a good price ;^)
