Smalldog all the way.  Their prices are good, and their customer service 
is top notch.

Just be aware, the G3 iBooks (700, 800, 900Mhz models) have 128MB built 
in, and only one expansion slot.  To go to the Max RAM (640MB) you'll 
need a single 512MB DIMM.  The good thing is, it's PC133, so it should 
be fairly inexpensive.
