[geeks] more new toys

While talking about LCD monitors, I have a Gateway FPD1500 that has 
only a DVI connector on it, and I tried to get it working with my G4 
with ATI 8500 as a second monitor, but for some reason it just won't 
work. The guy I got it from swears that it's working fine (I even sent 
it back and he retested it) but I can't get it going on the G4. Anyone 
have any clues?
