The FreeBSD instal from *one* floppy was as simple as could be - all I
needed were my ISP settings, a phone line, and lots of time (the
installer did *all* the work).

The purpose of the test was to see it install, and it did, beautifully!
In no way massochistic (it was a straight network install, but the
network connection happened to be dial-up/PPP)...
