Is http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket370/cuv4x-dls/spec.mht acceptable,
in its dls config, itd meet most of your needs, althought eh chipset is VIA.
Supermicro's stuff is some of the highest end multicpu mobos I have found
that didnt cost ridiculous dough.
