I use balsa insted of Sylpheed as balsa can operate on mbox files.
procmail sorts the mail from various mailing lists in mbox files in
~/mail. If I am on a terminal I use mutt on the mbox files. I have all
mailboxes in ~/mail, so I don't need IMAP on my internal LAN.
